Makes 2 cup
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 onion , chopped
4 green chillies , chopped
1/2 cup coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
Seasoning
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)
1/2 tsp urad dal (split black lentils)
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer, adding enough water or curds till smooth.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and urad dal.
- When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves and add this to the chutney and mix well.
- Serve or store refrigerated.
