Fill bottles with tap water ,in vessel keep tapped water ,vertically keep water filled bottles in vessel & boil ,keep boiling ,till bottle syrup

1 kg ripe scented good mango pulp
1 kg sugar
2 tbsp citric acid
a pinch of sodium benzoit
Method
- 1.pulp ,sugar ,citric acid ,mix all ,2cup water ,boil
- 2.when it is sticky, but thread should not
- Form
- 3.remove from fire
- 4.diluted sodium benzoit in hot syrup ,mix in squash
- 5.bottle hot boiling syrup ,in boiling bottle cap immediately ,but 2" space should be left vacant in bottle
