Ingredients


1 kg ripe scented good mango pulp
1 kg sugar
2 tbsp citric acid
a pinch of sodium benzoit

Method

  1. 1.pulp ,sugar ,citric acid ,mix all ,2cup water ,boil
  2. 2.when it is sticky, but thread should not
  3. Form
  4. 3.remove from fire
  5. 4.diluted sodium benzoit in hot syrup ,mix in squash
  6. 5.bottle hot boiling syrup ,in boiling bottle cap immediately ,but 2" space should be left vacant in bottle
