  1. Combine the coriander , garlic, green chillies and tomatoes and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the vegetables and saute on high flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ground masala and the dry masalas along with salt.
  4. Mix gently and cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with chappatis
