Sayal Bhindi Aloo recipe - How to make Sayal Bhindi Aloo

Makes 4 servings
250 gms ladies finger, chopped
200 gms potatoes , chopped
2 cups chopped coriander (dhania)
6 chopped green chillies
4 tomatoes , chopped
15 garlic (lehsun) cloves , chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tbsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tbsp oil
Method
- Method
- Combine the coriander , garlic, green chillies and tomatoes and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the vegetables and saute on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground masala and the dry masalas along with salt.
- Mix gently and cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with chappatis
