6 bread slices
6 cheese slices
1 1/2 cups diced mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups medium sized paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
3 tbsp schezwan sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano

- For schezwan paneer toast
- To make {span class="bold1"}schezwan paneer toast{/span}, in a bowl, add schezwan sauce, mayonnaise, capsicum, paneer, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a bread slice on a clean dry surface, apply little butter, place a cheese slices and prepared paneer stuffing evenly over it.
- Top it up with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle little red chilli flakes and oregano.
- Bake in an pre heated oven at 180° c (360° f) for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
