1 tbsp low fat curds (dahi)

In a non stick pan 1 ltr soya milk (umsweetened).

Warm the soya milk. Don't bring it to a boil or make it very hot.

Add 1 tbsp low fat curds (dahi) or curds.

Transfer to a steel contianer.

Mix well with a whisk. Ensure that all the lumps of curd are broken.

Cover and keep aside till the curds set for 6 to 8 hours. NOTE. Don't set for more than 8 hours as the curds will turn sour. In the winter, place inside a cupboard or closed oven to set.
