Soya Kebabs recipe - How to make Soya Kebabs

Makes 4 servings
250 gms boiled and cooked soya granules
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp tandoori masala(optional)
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing
lemon juice to taste for garnishing
chaat masala to taste for sprinkling
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and keep aside for 30-40 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and make kebabs of each portion.
- Heat the oil in kadhai and deep fry each kebab till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves, chaat masala and lemon juice.
