A healthy, tasty and filling salad. This salad can also be used as a filling for wraps in wholemeal chapatis.

Makes 2 servings
1 cup mixed sprouts
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/4 cup roasted mixed nuts
1 potato , boiled and mashed
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 onion , finely chopped
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 slit green chilli , finely chopped
salt to taste

- Serve immediately or chilled.
