1.this salad tastes best when chilled.
2.do not use to many kind of sprouts.
Sprouts Salad recipe - How to make Sprouts Salad
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
100 gms sprouted moong (whole green gram)
100 gms sprouted matki (moath beans)
2 large tomatoes , chopped
1 small onion
1 cucumber , peeled, deseeded and chopped
1/4 cup olives
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup gherkins
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix togeather the sprouts,tomatoes,onion,cucumer.
- Add the olives,gherkins,mint.keep refrigerated.
- Just before serving add lemon juice,salt & pepper ,mix well & serve.
