Ingredients

1/2 cup soaked and chopped sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup basil , torn into pieces
1 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp walnuts (akhrot)
salt to taste

  2. Use as required or store it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator till use.

Tomatoes and basil pesto..goes very well with pasta.. salads..and dips. I have made this in quantity and stored it.. Loved the flavour of the pesto..
