1 tbsp butter
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 1/2 cups boiled and crushed sweet corn kernels
1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
4 cups basic vegetable stock
2 tbsp cornflour
salt and to taste
finely chopped spring onion greens for garnish
