Ingredients


Tofu--150 grms.
Red curry paste--1 tbsp.
coconut milk--1 cup.
salt to taste.
oil--1 tbsp.

Method

  1. 1.cut tofu in medium size pieces.
  2. 2.heat 1 tbsp of oil and saute red curry paste in it.
  3. 3.add tofu and mix well.
  4. 4.add coconut milk, add salt as required and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  5. 5.switch off the gas and serve hot with rice.
