Tuar Bean Chatpatta recipe - How to make Tuar Bean Chatpatta

2 cups toovar (arhar) beans
5 tsp roasted besan (Bengal gram flour)
1 cup curds (dahi)
2 to 3 red chillies
3 green chillies
4 to 5 curry leaves (kadi patta)
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup coriander (dhania) leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Boil tuar beans for a single pressure
- Pour oil in the pan
- Add heeng powder
- Add ajwain
- Add red chilli
- Add green chilli
- Add red chillie powder
- Add haldi powder
- Add salt
- Add besan
- Add curd
- Add boiled tuar beans
- Add garam masala
- Add sugar
- Add salt
- Add green coriander leaves & lemon juice
- Serve it with toasted bread
