Makes 1 cup
1 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste
For Serving

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients together in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Mash the salsa slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Serve immediately with nacho chips or refrigerate it till use.

Cut the centre out of the tomatoes by peeling the skin off. The centre comtains most of the seeds.
