Watermelon Cooler

Here’s yet another way to enjoy watermelons this summer! Watermelon is one of the most refreshing fruits we get in the summer, and in fact it adds an element of fun and coolness to the scorching summer days.
This Watermelon Cooler is a quick and easy drink made by blending watermelons with sugar and milk. Adding milk to the cooler gives it a luscious mouth-feel and a nice, rich flavour that is very appealing to kids.

Makes 4 glasses
2 1/2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Method
- Add the watermelon in the mixer and blend it completely.
- Strain it using a strainer.
- Combine the strained watermelon with the milk and sugar in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
