We always eat watermelon on fast and we throw remaining white part of it. instead of throwing we can make nice fast dish from this. eat watermelon for breakfast or any other time and make sheera for fast.
it is so easy dish any body can make it.

Ingredients


white part of watermelon [grated]
1/2 cup sugar
4 cardamoms (elaichi)
1/2 cup cashewnuts (kaju), raisins (kismis), almonds (badam)
milk as required
2 tbsp ghee
1 pinch saffron (kesar) strands

Method

  1. Put ghee into the pan and hot.
  2. Fry grated watermelon into ghee till dark brown colour.
  3. Put milk into it and let it cook for 5 min.
  4. Add sugar and kaju, kishmis, badam.
  5. Take 2table spoon warm milk and put saffron and add in sheera
  6. And put grated cardamom.
  7. Serve hot
