Makes 1 serving
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp bajra (black millet) flour
1 tsp dried ginger (soonth) powder
2 tbsp jaggery (gur)
Method
- Method
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the flour and saute on amedium flame, till the flour turns pink in colour.
- Add 2 cups of water slowly and stir continously.
- When it boils, add the jaggery and ginger powder and mix well.
- When the jaggery melts and the mixture is boiled, remove from the flame and serve immediately.
