Bhindi coupled with everyday ingredients like onions, green chillies and garlic gives you a tasty and healthy subzi that you can make any day. It is really simple but tastes awesome.
Try other healthy subzis like Baingan Methi ki Subzi and Broccoli and Zucchini in Red Capsicum Gravy .

Makes 4 servings
2 cups ladies finger (bhindi) , cut into long strips
1 cup sliced onions
1 tbsp oil
2 green chillies , slit
4 garlic (lehsun) cloves , crushed
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste

- Method
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies, garlic and onions and sauté on medium flame for 3 minutes.
- Add the ladies finger, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while tossing occasionally.
- Serve hot.

This recipe is easy quick to make.. the flavour of the garlic is just too good.. it is mildly spiced.. it goes well with rotis.. When i am in hurry i make this recipe.. Thank you for sharing..
