Black Raspberry Oatmeal Recipe, Vegan Breakfast
by Tarla Dalal
Here’s a breakfast that’s ready in a jiffy yet bursting with goodness.
Black Raspberry Oatmeal is a no-cook breakfast recipe made with almond milk. You just need to mix the ingredients and refrigerate for a while. Yet, it tastes so awesome and is very nutritious too.
Black raspberry is a good antioxidant, low in calories, and rich in anthocyanin, a type of flavonoid. This is combined with fibre-rich oats and protein-rich almond milk to make a nutri-dense breakfast that’s a perfect start to your day.
You can improve the taste and nutrient quotient of this recipe further by adding chopped apples too. If you want a vegan version, simply replace the honey with maple syrup.
You can also try other no-cook breakfast recipes using oats like Oats, Coconut Milk, Peanut Butter Healthy Smoothie or Healthy Peanut Almond Milk Oatmeal .
