Bread Manchurian recipe - How to make Bread Manchurian

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients

6 to 7 slices of bread (even left over I219 can be used)
1 small onion , finely chopped
2 to 3 green chillies , finely chopped
10 to 12 garlic (lehsun) cloves , finely chopped
1/2 piece ginger (adrak) , finely chopped
3 tbsp finely chopped spring onions (optional)
1 small carrot , grated
1/2 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1 grated sweet corn cob
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

For The Batter:
2 cups plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
3 tsp soy sauce
3 to 4 tsp vinegar
a pinch of pepper powder
oil to fry the manchurians

For The Coating:
of tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) garlic (lehsun) paste

Method
    Method
  1. In a bowl,with a little water make the bread slices into a paste.
  2. Add all the ingredients to this and mix well.
  3. In a kadai,add oil.
  4. While the oil heats prepare the batter. Make small round balls of the bread mix.
  5. Dip in the batter and fry on a low flame till golden brown.
  6. In a kadai add the fried bread manchurians,then add the sauce and coat evenly by tossing the manchurians. Do sprinkle a little pepper powder if you want that spicy mouthwatering taste.
  7. The hot little bread manchurians are ready to be served. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee or simply with a drink of your choice.
