2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)

1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp lemon juice
