Fruity Mango Juice

Mangoes are so closed entwined with the summer, nobody can go without them! While the fruit tastes great as it is, it also features in an unending array of recipes ranging from juices and ice-creams to subzis and desserts too. Here is a brilliant Fruity Mango Juice made with mango pulp and sugar, toned up with a dash of lemon juice that helps to highlight the flavour of mango while also balancing the sweetness. A garnish of fresh mango slices brings the best of the season to your glass!

Makes 4 small glasses
3/4 cup readymade mango pulp
1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
For The Garnish
mango slices
crushed ice
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl along with 1 cup of water and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled garnished with mango slices and crushed ice.

This recipe was incredibly delicious after cooling in the fridge. At first I did doubt the taste, before I put it in the fridge, for it tasted a little bit off (because of the warmth in my house). But after letting it cool, it tasted like the mango juice I used to buy from my local Indian store! Thank you so much for this recipe!
