Makes 2 small glasses
1 1/4 cups roughly chopped carrot
1/2 cup roughly chopped spinach (palak)
1/2 cup roughly chopped orange
1/2 cup roughly chopped cucumber
- Method
- Add the carrot, spinach, orange and cucumber a few at a time in a hopper.
- Pour the drink in 2 individual glasses and serve immediately.

Good combination of fruits and veggies.. Very refreshing.... I tried this recipe... Instead of orange I added sweetlime and the taste was just awesome... Good option to have between meals.
