12 paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
olive oil for greasing and cooking
1/2 tsp chaat masala

  1. Heat the olive oil on a non- stick tava (griddle) , place the paneer cubes on it and cook on a medium flame, using little olive oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  2. Sprinkle the chaat masala on top of the paneer and serve immediately.

Being a vegetarian, this is an excellent source of protein. Tasty and very quick to make. Fast snack to have and i always keep some paneer at home.
