Chille Bun Paneer recipe - How to make Chille Bun Paneer

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry paneer pieces till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
  2. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  3. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan, add green chillies, dry red chillies ,garlic and ginger and saute for a minute.
  4. Add the onions and saute till golden brown.
  5. Add capsicum and saute for few minutes, making sure they don't turn very soft.
  6. Add all the sauces and mix well.
  7. Add the fried paneer and boiled pasta and cook on low fflame for 2 minutes.
  8. Keep aside.
  9. Cut the buns into 2 pieces.
  10. Heat a tava and sprinkle some chilli powder on it and then just brush the bun for 30 seconds.
  11. Do same for all the buns.
  12. Put the cooked paneer mixture in the middle of two buns.
  13. Serve hot.
