Chinese Barbeque Bun recipe - How to make Chinese Barbeque Bun

Makes 4 servings
1/3 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese) or tofu
5 garlic (lehsun) cloves , chopped
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1 tsp soy sauce
sugar to taste
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
To Serve

Method
- Method
- Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic, onions, capsicum. saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes, tofu and seasoning saute for a minute. ADd the coriander and mix well.
- Cut the pav into 2 and stuff it up with above filling and top it with spring onions whites and greens.
- Toast will warm.
- Serve hot.
