Chocolate Popcorn Marshmallow Bars recipe - How to make Chocolate Popcorn Marshmallow Bars

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

1 cup roughly chopped milk chocolate
3 cups popcorn
1 1/2 cups chopped marshmallows
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup chopped almonds (badam)
1 cup coarsely crushed digestive biscuits

Method
    Method
  1. Put the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds or till it melts completely. Add the butter and mix well.
  2. Add the condensed milk and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Combine the popcorn, almonds, marshmallows, biscuits in a deep bowl and mix gently.
  4. Add the chocolate-condensed milk mixture and mix very well till it coats evenly all over.
  5. Put the mixture into an aluminium container lined with aluminium foil and spread evenly and press it lightly.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Demould it and cut into 12 equal bars.
  8. Serve immediately or wrap them in aluminium foil and serve later.

Crunchy combination of popcorn and biscuit.. This has just loved by all kids in my house.. this is very quick and easy to make.. and really tasty.. Must try munchies..
