3 cups pineapple cubes
3 cups romaine lettuce , torn into small pieces
5 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
3/4 cup grated carrot
2 tbsp fresh cream
salt and freshly ground black peppercorns (kalimirch) to taste
powdered sugar to taste

- Method
- Drop the grated carrots in ice - cold water for 30 minutes.
- Combine all the ingredients including the carrots in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate it for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
