  1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a kadhai, add the whole cauliflower and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped garlic, ginger and onions with all the spices over the cauliflower, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the curds along with 1 cup of water, mix well and add a little ghee.
  4. Cover and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 200Âșc or till the cauliflower is cooked.
  5. Serve hot.
