To make dill butter, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place the dill butter on a cling wrap, roll the dill butter along with the cling wrap into a cylindrical shape and seal the edges. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or till use. Remove from the cling wrap and spread ½ tbsp of dill butter on each of the 14 toasted bread slices and serve.

1/2 cup soft butter
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

We don't want to use the butter fresh out of the fridge. Keep the butter out for a while till it can be mixed with a spoon which we will be doing in the recipe.
