Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped orange segments
1/2 cup muskmelon (kharbooja)
1/2 cup chopped grapes
2 cups lettuce , torn into pieces
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
2 tbsp roasted almonds (badam) slivers

To Be Mixed Into A Honey-ginger Dressing
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Just before serving , pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.
