Makes 4 servings
1 cup lettuce , torn into pieces
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup deseeded tomato cubes
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1/2 cup bread sticks , broken into 25 mm. (1”)
To Be Mixed Into A Spring Onion Honey Lemon Dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions (whites and greens)
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
salt to taste
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients along with the dressing in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
