Makes 4 to 5 servings
1 cup flaxseeds
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder

- Method
- Roast the flax seeds for 5 minutes, then add all the above ingredients and blend into the mixture.
- Serve with chapati or jawar roti with oil and curds.
