Good natural drink. Addition of carrot juice helps to reduce bitterness of bitter gourd.

Makes 2 serving
1 cup bitter gourd (karela) juice
1/2 cup carrot juice
1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina) juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder powder to taste
ice as required
For The Garnish
1 lemon slice
1 bitter gourd (karela) slice
few sprigs of mint leaves (phudina)
Method
- Method
- Blend all the ingredients using little water (if required) till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it. Serve immediately garnished with lime, bitter gourd slice and mint sprig.
