Pink glow, refreshing as ever, this drink is a must to keep your skin glow pink. Strawberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamin c, both required to maintain good skin. Antioxidants like carrots, oranges, strawberries etc protect skin from its damage. Iron maintains blood supply to skin, keeping it supple and healthy.

Makes 4 glasses
10 medium sized oranges , segmented and deseeded
8 medium sized carrot , roughly chopped
1 medium sized beetroot , roughly chopped
14 to 16 strawberries (seasonal)
For Serving
1 cup crushed ice
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer, add the ice and mix well.
- Place ΒΌ cup of ice each in 4 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it. Serve immediately.
