  1. Heat the ghee and fry the onion until golden.
  2. Add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the green peas, mushrooms, raisins, cream, curds, 1/2 teacup of water and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.

Really tasty curry, as I like to try new flavors without the usual species\masala I loved this recipe and njoyed the meal....
