Makes 1 to 2 glasses
2 cups chopped mixed fruits
2 red carrot , chopped
1/4 cup chopped amla (indian gooseberries)
2 tomatoes , chopped
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves

- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Strain using a sieve.
- Serve chilled.
