To make red rice, clean and wash the red rice with water. Drain well. To make red rice with garlic, heat the olive oil in a broad non stick pan. Add the garlic and sauté on a slow flame for 30 seconds. Add the cooked red rice, soy sauce and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Serve the red rice hot.
You can easily make your rice healthier and satiating by replacing it with other cereals like bulgur wheat, bajra, jowar and even red rice. For The Red Rice
1/2 cup red rice
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste

How to cook the red rice

Clean and wash red rice with water. Drain the water using a sieve.
