Kiwi pear smoothie as the name suggests, this smoothie is made from kiwifruit and pear with the combination of honey and banana which is energy booster and also full of vitamin c and healthy too.

Makes 4 glasses
4 kiwi , peeled and chopped
4 pear , peeled and chopped
2 cups fresh curds (dahi)
2 bananas , peeled and chopped
4 tsp honey
1/2 cup chilled water
7-8 ice cubes
Method
- Method
- combine the pear, banana and curd and blend in a mixer till smooth and slushy.
- Add the honey, kiwi, ice cold water and whip for a minute.
- Add ice cubes and again whip for a while.
- Pour into individual serving glasses.
- Serve immediately.
