1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp whole grain mustard paste
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/2 cup olive oil

- Combine the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, mustard paste, sea salt and pepper in a deep bowl, gradually add the olive oil, while whisking it continously.
