  1. Combine the mint leaves, lemon juice and approx. 2 tbsp of water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Transfer into a bowl, add 2 cups of water, cumin seeds powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Pour equal quantities of the drink into 2 individual glasses.
  4. Serve immediately.

I tried this recipe as a flavourful addition to make up my water requirement during when I suffered from diarrhea. I loved the blend of flavours from cumin, mint and lemon. this remedy does work.
