Keep aside to cool slightly. Demould the cake, cut it into 6 equal wedges and serve.

1 1/2 cups mango cubes
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 tsp vanilla essence
