5 bread slices
3 eggs
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
2 1/4 tsp garam masala
ghee for cooking

- Method
- Take a bowl beat the eggs well in it.
- Add all ingredients except bread and mix well.
- Dip the bread in the egg mixture and toast on a tava using ghee on both sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
