The tortilla chips is arranged on a dish, loaded with this fabulously tasty topping, and garnished with fresh spring onions. If in a hurry, you can even buy some tomato salsa from the store to make it all the more faster.

Ingredients

4 cups nacho chips or tortilla chips (corn chips)

For The Stir-fry
1/2 cup onions , sliced
1/2 cup capsicum , chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1/4 cup baked beans (canned)
1 recipe salsa , see below
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
3 to 4 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
salt and to taste

To Be Mixed Into A Salsa
1/2 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
1 spring onion , finely chopped
1 large garlic clove , finely chopped
1 jalapeno, sliced (optional)
1 green chilli , finely chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt and to taste

For The Garnish
2 spring onions , chopped

Method
    Main procedure
  1. Heat the butter and sauté the onions till they are translucent.
  2. Add the capsicum and cabbage and sauté for 2 to 3 more minutes.
  3. Add the baked beans and salsa and mix well. Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
  4. Add the cheese, milk, salt and pepper and bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
  5. Place the tortilla chips in a large serving bowl and pour the prepared stir-fry over it. Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.

Tips
  1. Tortilla chips (corn chips) are easily available at provision stores. Buy the unflavoured variety, as they are sometimes flavoured with cheese, jalape
