Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry each patty till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside. 1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
4 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
3 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
4 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
1 cup plain flour (maida) dissolved in 1 1/2 cups of water
bread crumbs for rolling
oil for deep-frying

butter for brushing
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 iceberg lettuce
8 tomatoes slices
4 sliced onions
salt and pepper to taste
