The peach pineapple smoothie draws its sweetness from honey rather than sugar, giving it a rich taste. Wheat germ along with curds helps achieve the perfect thickness for this smoothie. However, when wheat germ is not available, simply add some extra peaches.

Makes 2 big glasses
1 cup chilled , peeled and roughly chopped peaches
1 cup chilled , peeled and roughly chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi) mixed with 1/2 cup chilled full-fat milk
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp wheat germ
1/2 cup ice-cubes
For The Topping
4 tbsp crushed ice
4 peach juliennes
Method
- Method
- Combine the curds-milk mixture, honey, pineapple, peaches, wheat germ and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately topped with 2 tbsp of crushed ice and garnished with 2
- Peach juliennes in each glass.
