Pineapple and Papaya Passion
by Tarla Dalal
This flavourful drink is one you should have after your first trimester has ended. Most doctors advice against having both papaya and pineapple fruits during your first trimester as these can sometimes cause complications. If you have water retention during your second trimester, both these fruits serve as a diuretic to flush your system. Pineapple also adds to the content of iron, potassium, fibre and vitamin C.
