Rajmah- a wonder bean is packed with nutrients like protein, zinc, fibre etc. Makes a nutritious, tasty and colourful combination with vitamin a rich palak. Wrap up this stir-fry in a chapatti to whip up healthy food for little fingers.

Makes 4 servings
2 tsp oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
2 1/2 cups shredded spinach (palak)
2 cups boiled sprouted rajma (kidney beans)
1 cup sliced tomatoes
2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
salt to taste
Method
- Main procedure
- Heat the oil in a wok or kadhai, add the garlic, ginger-green chilli paste and spinach and stir-fry over a high flame for 3-4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the rajma sprouts, tomatoes, dry mango powder and salt, toss well and stir-fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
