Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 2 roasted corn

Ingredients

2 sweet corn cobs
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp melted butter
1 lemon , cut into halves and deseeded

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the chilli powder and salt in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Roast the corn cob on an open flame, till black sports appear on all the sides.
  3. Once roasted the corn cob, brush ½ tbsp of melted butter evenly over it.
  4. Take one lemon halve, dip in the chilli-salt mixture and rub it all over the roasted corn cob, while squeezing the lemon halve lightly.
  5. Repeat step 2 to 4 to make 1 more roasted corn cob.
  6. Serve immediately.

Microwave it for 2 minutes at medium Then roast on medium flame as you did Results will be more better . It will be more tasty easily digestible.

My husband love these roasted corn on the cob with lots of butter,lemon juice, chilli powder and salt, and this recipe is nice and quick also has an unique taste. As the monsoons come and corn is abundantly available i make frequently for my husband.
