What us snow peas called in Gujarati?
Tasted great, a delicate dish ideal for morning. Much easier than Egg Foo Yung, another breakfast favorite of mine. I added a few shrimp boiled in a little Old Bay seasoning then blanched the peas in the same water. Otherwise, followed the recipe except added a little Bok Choy, because I had it.Oh yea I used a little sesame oil instead of butter. The peas were very tender. I am going to have to remember to blanch them in future dishes.
