1/4 kg soya chunks (nuggets)
2 onions
1 inch ginger (adrak)
3 cloves garlic (lehsun)
2 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

salt to taste
Method
- Boil the soya and cut the soya cut the onion crunch the ginger and garlic.
- Take one pan put some oil first you put some mustard.
- Then onion to fry little brown.
- Then add soya just 2min to fry and then add turmeric powder,paste of masala, red chilli powderand salt. and little more oil.
